The rooftop terrace is a perfect sunset spot.
We faced considerable frustration with the staff regarding our billing. They insisted on discussing checkout and payment before we even checked in. We experienced a significant decline in the hospitality compared to our last visit. Requests such as taking a pizza to the terrace were met with a firm refusal, leaving us feeling unwelcome.

Great location for Medina, staff very helpful. Rooms as expected in a Riad.
The lack of English language by the staff was a bit frustrating, lucky we had other guests who spoke French and translated. The full address should have been given on the confirmation printout, it took us a while to find this place.

The staff was superbly friendly, the food was good at good rates. Stayed in stylish triple room with hot showers. The location was stunning and beautiful, for example, Cactus Petes Casino was at walking distance from the hotel. It was located in a busy area really close to Marrakech😃👌

We LOVED this place-so peaceful, seemed like home! The staff were sweeter than my mama's tea, y'all! Had a great breakfast with fresh juice every morning, and that rooftop? Bless your heart, perfect for sunsets! Just wish for a bit more variety in breakfast after ten days, but we ain't complainin'.

The room was beautifully designed with liquor, the bath, a fireplace and safety measures included smoke detectors. The location was beautiful, at walking distance from Jackpot Baptist Church...

The attention provided by Nicolas, following an inauspicious start (more below).
We were not accommodated in the room we booked. This may be a Booked.net issue. Resolution took longer than necessary as Nicolas attempted to explain that our booking was not room-specific.

The location was convenient, just a 10-25 minute walk to major sites. The rooftop dining experience was really good, with a peaceful ambiance and delicious options like granola for breakfast. Some areas, such as the pool, were smaller than expected, and there were minor issues with room decor that slightly detracted from the overall luxury feel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist.

My friends were staying in the same riad for a wedding
The staff was particular about how things needed to be done. We got disciplined for having liquor in our rooms, asking for plates and cutlery to eat outside food, and asking for omelets with breakfast. Also, I made my booking through this website, but afterwards they contacted me and told me they were overbooked and moved me to another riad for a night (Riad Clementine). That one was actually much nicer, but it was still an inconvenience.
